Hi,
I think if you ask at a busstation they will now how to get there, if you don't mind going by bus. It will probably be the easiest if you're already in Laos, otherwise you could maybe take a cab.

The 4000 islands are easy to reach but of course it depends on where you are coming from...
I wonder how you find this site, as it is all in Dutch. Where are you from yourself?
